DANI CLAYTON

The life that you have lived before you met Danielle Clayton was something you can say that you enjoyed.

A quiet every-day job within the manor as a helper for everyone else— Ms. Grose with the kids, Owen with the kitchen duty, and even the elusive Jamie with her gardening tricks. Somewhat of a floating, fleeing member of the staff that can work with everyone even if it wasn't part of your job description.

The kids had been nice, to say the least; they were perfectly splendid with how they've behaved despite the numerous things they have gone through. The loss of their parents had been mourned greatly.. and you hoped that the two of them progressed with how they are dealing with it all.

Lucky for them, Dani had arrived by the gates of the manor as per their uncle's request.

Now, the blonde wasn't bad at anything, per se. Well, other than making tea. But why were you avoiding her, you ask? It's a simple reason, truly.

You were afraid that this woman might be the cause of yet another heartbreak in your life. Afraid that you'd fall prey into her charming little comments and radiant personality that captured even the likes of Jamie and Ms. Grose's hearts.

But no, you can't afford to fall for another woman who will never love you back. You were content with your life, all before she came in and changed it all for you.

We all know that it's simply denial, and that you have already fallen for the American woman.

"Hey.. I brought you coffee." Dani's special skill of dropping by around you undetected became one of the greatest annoyances of your life. You shuffle from your position to look at the mug at right at the blonde. "Not a fan? Sorry, I still can't.. ah.. get the hang of making tea." She mutters, a hair away from sitting down right next to you by the makeshift campfire.

"Do you hate me, or something?" It almost makes you choke on nothing with how blunt she can be when she wants to.

"It's just, I've been here for awhile already and— you.. you've been avoiding me."
