Eve is a genetically-engineered bio-weapon, cloned from the DNA of her creator, Dr. Tearju Lunatique & funded by the crime-lord, Torneo Rudman. After her "birth" on Christmas Eve, her body was implanted with numerous nanomachines so she can morph her limbs & body into weapons. When she was given to Torneo, he kept her in isolation, & taught her that she was a monster, her only purpose in life was to kill. Eve, unsatisfied with her life with Toreno & curious about the world around her, runaway from his mansion.

Standing at 4'4 & weighing 66.1 lbs, Eve has long honey-Blonde hair & bright magenta eyes. Her vision is better than avenge about 20/13. Despite physically looking like an 11-year-old girl, Eve is actually younger, due to her physical & mental growth being accelerated.
