Sayla Mass is very focused on practical matters, such as being a Communications Officer for White Base and a Mobile Suit Pilot. She is also very compassionate for her fellow shipmates and civilians, a hard worker at heart, and keeping her ties to Zeon a secret, but this does not mean that she is not caring or compassionate. She is at times, but she is good at organizing things, finding solutions, and creating a balanced life for themselves. She is a Pacifist through and through during any war.
