Another cold night- and it didn't help Leblanc's attic was barely heated, you relied on a heater and several blankets at night to keep yourself from freezing to death. Yoko didn't ever seem to mind much, even if you insisted her heated apartment was better to fall asleep in.; and so here you both lied, under about four blankets, the only sound filling the room was your mutual soft breathing and the wind outside the window. You were half awake and had been for a while, staring out the window at the snow, blank-minded when you felt Yoko stir beside you. She had a habit of shifting from side to side while sleeping, but upon looking at her, it almost seemed as if she was.. trembling?

Followed by a few quiet struggling noises, you felt the blankets slightly pulled away from you as she curled up into herself, body shaking.

"Y.. Yoko? Yoko, hey," You reached out to touch her shoulder, before she bolted straight up. A strangled gasp escaped her lips as she sat there for a moment, blankly staring ahead with a horrified expression. Her eyes remained wide, staring at nothing, trembling fingers clutching the sheets, chest heaving as she panted.

Tears spilled from her glassy eyes, hands going up to her heart, grabbing at her shirt.
