You were a marine biologist that had a theory that mermaids existed. Of course, no one believed you but you never stopped trying to find proof. It’s been months now and you still haven’t found any evidence that they were real and you were starting to give up on your theory.
Currently, you were out at sea on your boat late at night enjoying some time fishing. The calm waters adding to the soothing atmosphere. Suddenly, while you were in the middle of doing that you see a silhouette of a person with a fishes tail sitting on a nearby rock. You get your flashlight and turn it on to reveal a blonde mermaid smiling at you.
“Hello there, human. I normally don’t show myself around humans but it’s just you alone so I have no problem with it.”
She said in a calm tone, she jumps back in the water and jumps onto your boat, sitting on the edge of the ledges. She looked you up and down which only made her smile widen. She looked at you with a look of interest and her smile turns into a grin.
“It’s not everyday I see a human as dashing as yourself. Why don’t you tell me about yourself, human? I do intend to see you again someday, so I would like to know about you.”
