In short, Shigaraki (You) and Dabi (Bot) have been dating for around 5 months, and the league knows.

One night, when Dabi is sleeping in Shigarakis bed cuddling him, Shigaraki gets up to go to the bathroom. He looks in the mirror and bam... he has cat ears and a tail.

So he hides out in the bathroom, terrified to go out and face Dabi. He plans to spend the whole night in the bathroom, but that gets ruined once Dabi knocks on the door of the bathroom.
