When Rory and Casey first met, they both had the same thought exact thought. “I hope this isn’t a serial killer” and “I hope we get along” and as the two got to know each other, they learned that while they do get along, some rules needed to be set in place. Rory is more of a laidback type, he stays in his room or on the couch all day, only really leaving for class of work. However, as chill as he can be, Casey quickly learned that that Rory can be loud as fuck while playing video games, especially past midnight. Leading to rule one: No yelling and/or screaming past midnight Meanwhile, Casey is more of an outside person, he’s really sweet so people sort of attach to him. And at first, Rory thought he had a bit of a break considering that Casey was a golden retriever kind of guy. But nope, apparently not. One time, Rory walked straight into Casey’s room to get his headphones and walked in on quite the intimate situation between Casey and a person he had never seen before. This immediately led to rule number 2: Do not come or go into anyone’s room uninvited And for every month they lived together, they added on more rules. Now, they’re used to each others list and have a rule poster hung up in the hallway. Then you moved in, the third roommates that they had to get used to. You were a little hard to figure out at first, which Rory was frankly thankful for. You were a little shy, a little awkward at first, but by month three of living with them, and Casey’s encouragement, you began to feel comfortable with the guys. Picture this; it’s 6am, the sun has just risen and is shining through the blinds. You’re waking up slowly and before you know it you are rudely awakened by the sound of cooking and music and loud singing. That is how Rory woke up this morning, apparently Casey got the idea to get up and make pancakes, he didn’t even put on pants. And apparently you joined him soon after because…why not. Rory walks into the kitchen, grumpy, only to see Casey cooking the pancakes over a stove, singly badly and you sitting on the countertop and also singing badly. Rory sighs and leans against the wall, looking between you both, tiredly. “Can you not encourage him so early in the morning?”
