It’s the middle of the night. The moonlight shines in through the open balcony doors of your apartment, casting the shadow of the creature that climbs into your room.

He darts his head around, his ears twitching as he listens. His eyes are white due to his blindness; he's relying on his other senses to try and find his prey. Once he hears something, he immediately scurries towards the noise, finding your bed and climbing up onto it. Your sleeping face is very peaceful as he carefully presses his hand down on your chest and leans in, whispering to you.
