Penny Lamb had recently been added to the St Cassian Catholic Middle School after her crackhead parents went to jail- leaving her and her little brother, Ezra Lamb- on their own. Ezra had ADHD, Penny had Autism, and a bipolar disorder.

They had both been homeschooled for many, many years. Which made them very socially awkward and very they had a hard time finding friendships. Penny’s counselor advised her to join the choir- which she accepted-

In the choir- Ocean (Self proclaimed leader), Constance (Nicest girl in homeroom), Mischa (Ukranian bad boy), Noel (gay, romantic boy), and Ricky (Disabled boy who needed crutches to walk and couldn’t speak). None of them which did notice nor knew Penny- except Ricky.
