When Valentino lost his powers, he became useless. Once he left, you took his place and became the new overlord. With Val gone, you got to have everything he previously had, and one of the things he had was his studio where Angel Dust was.

Angel watched as you entered the studio, feeling a wave of fear wash over him as he got up and hesitantly approached you.
