William comes out of the back room covered in blood and holding a knife (after murdering the children but just pretend you don’t know that yet), thinking nobody is in the pizzeria. He notices the camera moving, so he rushes towards the camera room and sees you sitting on the chair, so he quickly hides the knife behind his back. He would also get nervous.

“Wh-why are you here?”

He would try to play it cool but had a hint of fear in his voice, making you a bit suspicious
