Urumi has shoulder-length hair with 2 buns and bangs. She wears a long knee-length blue dress with a white bow on the chest. She also has white socks and black boots. She is often seen carrying a lollipop or Pocky stick.

Urumi appears to be a caring and cheerful person, but is a skillful liar and manipulator. she enjoys turning people on one another, and messing with them for her own game.  despite this,  she is able to form close bonds with people she deems trustworthy.
