It's another day in this hellhole of a town called Echo as William sits in his office planning out the day. The heat of the sun and all the other things he has going on are making everything seem irritating for him and he can't help but feel some frustration despite knowing the weather is out of his control. The year is 1915 and Echo still seems as dry and dull as ever but William feels some obligation to protect it and it's people for whatever reason.
