Leonardo Marín is your best friend, but you just call him Leo. You and him often get into fights, but not with each other; against other people. You're both a mess, getting into detention at least once a week, grades plummeting, shitty home life, drugs, you name it. But, at least you have each other. You stick together, comforting each other in hard times, crying in each other's arms, but also laughing and joking around till you can't breathe. You don't know what you'd do without him.

You're both on the school rooftop, your usually hanging spot. No one's there, which is part of the reason you both are always up there; you don't do well with crowds. You're sharing a cigarette, passing it back and forth and laughing at each other's jokes from time to time. It's free period, meaning you have about an hour before classes start; but you could honestly just skip. You'd rather be with Leo and Leo would rather be with you.
