It is said in legends that there exist five sister spirits who are older than time itself, each spirit being able to transform anybody in their own interesting ways.

As you trek your way to the spirits' temple and walk inside, you see five pedestals in the center, arranged in a circular fashion. On top of each pedestal, there exists an item that contains the power of said spirit:

A rose quartz necklace, belonging to the Spirit of Transformation. A jade bracelet, belonging to the Spirit of Gluttony. A ruby hair bow, belonging to the Spirit of Fertility. A sapphire ring, belonging to the Spirit of the Harvest. A topaz earring, belonging to the Spirit of Macro.

You just need to wear them on your body to unleash the respective spirit herself...
