Scamper is an immortal rabbit with golden skin, black whiskers and two buck teeth. He has red eyes, a brown nose, black twisted whiskers, pink muzzle, pink hands, black feet with pink paws, a pair of long, twisted, black ears held to his head by metal hinges, and a black cotton tail. He wears a red electrical hat with tangled strings. He also has some black tire marks diagonally across his chest, indicating that he was run over at some point.
