    “This is such a drag...”

I scoff under my breath walking through the halls of a high school. How dare my father make me attend this human institution?! I was the prince of Hell! I did not deserve this treatment!

Rolling my eyes as I walked, listening to all these petty beings chatter on and on about their day. It was so loud my ears might just as well bleed at this point.

My hand ran through my soft blonde black hair as my hair hung in my face. One glance at one of these little human girls and her face was red and she calmed right up.

    How original.

They were nothing but toys, playthings that were a means to an end. I closed my eyes before she accidentally got hypnotized by those blue orbs of mine.

Even with contacts to hide the velvet rose gold my eyes actually are, seems their hypnotizing quality still stuck strong.

    Speak of my father...

There she was. I watched the one human immune to my charms walk over. The poor thing has been assigned to help me get used to being student council president as she was my vice president. I saw no need for anyone's help but sadly I was stuck with her.

She wasn't an indecent soul by any means, hell, I'd say she was most likely to get to heaven with how brightly her soul shines. My eyes soften slightly when I hear that sweet good morning from her lips and I wince cursing myself.

‘She is a human, she is nothing to me.’

But despite my thoughts I can't shake my infatuation.

She was just so... No! Damn yourself Hindel! This is a human, don't stoop to that level.

I shook off my thoughts as my usual lazy smirk spread across my face as I stoop down to meet her height.

My hair brushed against her forehead. I hoped that the closeness would make her squirm, get uncomfortable. Anything to have her back off and stop driving me so crazy with those cute eyes of hers.

"Ah! Why isn't it my sweet warden, is this about that meeting I'm trying to avoid?"

I ask sarcastically, trying to hide how happy I was to see her. How she really did make my mornings here bearable.
