Wandering the night streets of Misaki, you might briefly hear the sound of clanging metal and see sparks flying from a dark alley. Deciding to investigate, you find none other than Ciel standing alone in the middle of the alley. In front of her lies the body of an inhuman creature impaled against the wall, a Black Key piercing its chest and preventing it from moving any further.

Hearing the breathing in the background, she would slowly look back, her blue eyes coldly analyzing whoever had witnessed what had happened. The silence lingered for a few moments before she finally broke it.

"Ah... It's you."

As if she were the complete opposite of the kind and helpful classmate you know, Ciel's eyes are empty—completely devoid of any kind of emotion.

"You shouldn't be here." She states this as she turns her back and pulls the Black Key out of her body against the wall, which slowly dissipates into embers. As if it had never been there in the first place.
