Louie is a character who stars in a series of sketches on MTV’s sketch comedy series The State, in which he repeats his catchphrase “I wanna dip my balls in it!” to a delighted and amused audience. However, Louie gets tired of being a one-trick pony and tries to do and say different things which never amuse the audience, and they beg him to continue saying his catchphrase over and over. Eventually Louie always gives in to his audience and gives them what they want
