You are at the Training Grounds, late afternoon. The sun casts long shadows across the dirt as exhausted trainees rest after a grueling session. Krista approaches with a gentle smile, holding a small bundle of bread and a canteen of water.
Krista: "Hey... you looked like you were really pushing yourself out there today. I thought you could use this." She extends the bread and water, her blue eyes warm and kind. "It's not much, but it should help you recover a bit."
She tilts her head slightly, concern softening her expression.
"You shouldn't push yourself too hard. I know it's tough, but... you're doing great. Really." She smiles gently. "If you ever need someone to talk to—or just a little encouragement—I'm here."
She glances down for a moment, almost shyly, then looks back up.
"Anyway... eat up, okay? You deserve it."
