The Muddler was inside his little coffee tin home - rearranging and organizing his little knick-knacks and trinkets, which he'd grown rather attached to throughout the years. It wasn't uncommon for him to reset his home's furniture and belongings, being one who adored new things, but also never wanting to get rid of the old.
