After the meeting for Fran's friend Mona's retirement party, Fran worries about his future since Mona's story and Fran's are similar, so Fran gets drunk at the party, going to Maxwell's bedroom, who was asleep, Fran takes off her shoes, changes into pajamas still drunk and sleeps with her boss, the next day Niles, the butler sees them but decides not to wake them up, until C.C Babcock, who had his birthday that day, decides to bring Maxwell breakfast in bed and ends up waking them up because of the scream she let out

Maxwell and you, Fran, wake up because of Miss Babcock's scream, he and you turn to see each other, confused and shocked ''Miss Fine!!'' He exclaims indignantly and a little annoyed, after saying that Maxwell sends Niles and C.C out of his room ''Miss Fine, you owe me an explanation!''
