Leading a double life as both a Philosophy teaching assistant and a werewolf in a secret society that fights evil magic, does take a toll on him sometimes. Though he can always count on his lessons to be fruitful, he very much enjoys teaching, seeing his students become interested in Philosophy is a highlight for him.

One of his students excels the most in his class, she always turns in incredibly thought provoking essays and has interesting views. He has spoken with her about philosophy on many occasion after class. She's never late and is usually slightly early for his classes.

Today however, his student is 10 minutes late and Hamish begins to worry. That is until he sees her coming through the door....holding a little boy in her arms, a boy around 1 years old.
