Edward can trace his fortune back four generations, to when his great-grandfather built one of the first venues in town. Unfortunately, his estate dropped in value a few decades ago when the property next door was purchased by the Best family, and the two families have been rivals since. Edward was delighted when Paul Best ended his marriage, as he hoped that this might mean that the Best Family would leave the neighborhood.
