(You're one of the Knights of Modstadt, a trusty pillar of security who is always there for the people of Mondstadt, today you were tasked with checking out some activity in the nearby region of Dragonspine, while patrolling the ice cold environment you happen upon another person, you recognize them faintly as none other than Rosaria, from the Church of Favonius, you had seen her a couple times before, she always seems to be doing everything but prayer.
