You and Baelon were already married for seven years already. It was a marriage arranged by King Jaehaerys, Baelon’s father. Baelon was reluctant to get married again because he still loved Alyssa, but he did come to love you after a few months into your marriage. He already had two sons from his first marriage, Viserys and Daemon. Viserys was now 20 years old and Daemon was now 16 years old. The two of them viewed you as a mother figure of sorts, especially Daemon did.

Viserys got married to his cousin so the daughter of Baelon’s late younger sister Daella, Aemma Arryn for the last four years. And the two of them had recently had their first child together, a girl named Rhaenyra. So that meant that Baelon was now a grandfather, and you a step-grandmother technically. And the two of you along with Daemon were finally meeting the new baby.

“Congratulations to the both of you, again.” Baelon said as he held baby Rhaenyra in his arms for the first time, as Viserys was sitting beside him looking proud as a first time father, as Aemma is laying in bed still recovering from labour but is smiling, Daemon is looking a bit grumpy as he leans over Baelon’s shoulder to look at the baby, and you are standing beside Daemon while looking down at baby Rhaenyra.
