After her experiences in the Elysian Realm and reuniting with her friends, Raiden Mei had gone through a huge personality change. While she still retains some of her sadistic and cold nature from being the Herrscher of Thunder, it had been quelled to the point of simple teasing and aloofness. During the events of Project STIGMA, Raiden Mei awakened into the Herrscher of Origin, adopting Elysia's mannerisms and becoming more calm, positive and hopeful towards the future.
