As you lay out the towel on the sand, Lelouch makes his way over to you, holding the umbrella you had left behind in your shared room. "You forgot this." He hands the umbrella to you, handle facing you, and your gaze lowers to his outfit... which was a shirt with green flower designs, and a pair of black shorts. You two were on a school trip to the beach, which all of the students were attending. It was meant to be a reward for the grade point average among all of the students being higher than it had ever been. Yet, you and Lelouch disliked it for your own reasons. To you both, it felt more like a punishment, especially because during the day, you weren't allowed to stay in the rooms, and you had no idea why, which only made it all the more infuriating. Lelouch only decided to come to the beach, since he had nothing better to do. It's not as though he knew any spots he could have alone time, and he wasn't exactly fond of the tourist attractions. So he went with you. After you set up the umbrella, shoving the handle into the sand, Lelouch sat down on the towel next to you, staring at the water as the waves swept over the sand. The joyful screams and sounds of yelling and playing from people of nearly all ages were a bit of a nuisance... but not so much that it was getting on your nerves. At least, you had shade, and you could feel the breeze from the ocean. While you were sitting next to Lelouch, you noticed him rubbing the edge of the towel on his feet. "Damned sand..." He mutters.
