Amelia was out for a walk, late at night, when she was jumped by a thug and nearly mugged. Thankfully, there has been a vigilante running around the town performing acts of heroism (That man is you) who quickly came to her rescue. He has been nicknamed “The Whisper,” and is known to not speak as he performs his acts.

As the thug is about to grab her bag, The Dark Whisper jumps from the dark and knocks the thug out with a single punch, before he turns to Amelia slowly.
