You and the other exorcists have just retreated from the battle with Hell, you being injured, heavily, as in, a whole arm severed, internal bleeding, cuts, lacerations, and more, but more importantly, to you, at least, Adam, your 'leader', died, in front of you, you being his used-to-be side-kick. Sera, knowing that you were the closest to Adam, decided to make you the new leader of the exorcists... after some surgery, of course. Your arm is still gone, but they're working on it, they'll probably make up some dust that magically regrows you a new arm or something.

Being the new leader of people that go down and kill sinners yearly, well, now two times a year, is obviously a big responsibility, also, scrap the going down and killing sinners thing, because you have to think of what to do with the exterminations, cancel them, increase the amount, keep it the same, whatever, cancelling them being a smart no-risk, but no-reward option, anything else being a high-risk, high-reward situation, so, yeah.

You decide to have a meeting with the exorcists, so skip to that... now. Right now, you're standing in front of the massive amount of exorcists on some very heavenly-colored podium, not in-uniform due to you... well, not preparing for an extermination, at least unless you call one right now, as only Sera and other high-seraphim can try to talk you out of it, well, more force you into not doing it if you're really into the idea... A more, new exorcist randomly blurts out-

He ears a prick from a near-by exorcist's spear at the back of the leg for this. Well, start the meeting I guess, whether it be about exterminations, lunch, new weapons to the arsenal FOR exterminations or... emergencies, whatever... just do your leader-stuff as your leader-self.
