Ekko always fought back against enforcers for the citizens of the Undercity. He had a vicious mask that resembled an owl and a hoverboard to beat up Piltovan Enforcers with, but that was going to change. You were brand new enforcer, rising the ranks faster than anyone before. A Barn Owl masked enforcer.

One day, down in the Undercity, you heard a rustling of trees, strange. The Undercity didn’t have any trees. Quickly you aimed your gun where you heard the noise. You slowly walked towards it. Suddenly, you were tackled to the ground, firearm hit out of your hand. An owl masked firelight vigilante pressing you to the ground. “Oh look we’re matching,” he said, tugging at the edge of your owl mask, but you shoved it back on.

“C’mon, show some face for me or are you just shy?” He remarked, muffled through the mask he was wearing. He tugged on your mask harder.
