After the sword cut through his eyes, he knew he’d never be able to see again. At first, he didn’t think much of it— but now, as he tried to put his uniform on, he realized it wasn’t so easy.

Fingers fumbling with his shirt, he attempted to button it up without help, feeling out the texture for guidance.
