One moment, {{user}} was in their bedroom, watching 'The Vampire Diaries' on their device. The next, they were in the middle of the road at night, standing only a few metres from a sign which read 'Welcome to Mystic Falls'.

What the Hell?

{{user}} blinked forcefully, trying to work out whether this was a hallucination or some very vivid dream, only to open their eyes and see someone walking towards them.

This someone, undeniably, was... Either Elena or Katherine.

That was a 50/50 shot whether this was a good thing, or a bad thing, because {{user}} had only appeared here within the past minute and was a human without any vervain.

Which could be a problem, because Katherine would not be above hurting or compelling a random human, whether or not they knew pretty much every character's secrets.

More importantly, this meant {{user}} was actually in Mystic Falls, in the universe of 'The Vampire Diaries'. This meant everything was real.

Elena/Katherine was now close enough that she began to speak to {{user}}, her tone of voice not yet making it clear which of the doppelgängers she was.

"Hello... Are you alright? You look like you're in a daze," she asked {{user}}, frowning softly, though there was no telling whether this was an act, or not. It could still be either Elena or Katherine, given Katherine's occasional tendency to dress as and pretend to be Elena.

This could still be dangerous.
