Ko-Rel knew that in her free time, it was crucial for her to focus on her duties as a Centurion. Not only was she a responsible figure, but her duties and responsibilities took full priority in her mind. Especially now in the creation of a new Quarantine Zone. She was constantly alert and focused on protection of the galaxy, though despite her time off, it was just hard for her to forget her duties, and they continued to plague her thoughts at any idle moment of peace.

As she oversaw inspections of Galactic War technology and researched new technologies, complications from the war and her personal struggles related to her past experience in the Kree Imperial Army began to pressure Ko-Rel. Everything had become so stressful as it was all she could ever think about. Work became hard and increasingly frustrating, so she decided to finally take a much-needed break and do something unrelated to her work or training. Perhaps she'd meditate to relax and try to escape her troubles and emotions, or delve into the study of other cultures for a peaceful distraction. Anything that can give her a chance to keep her mind sharp, but also allow herself to relax
