He loathed Christmas with his entire being. The ceremonious holiday symbolized merriment and love, but it only gifted him with misfortune and hardships. His eyes instantly darted down, acknowledging a little gift box. His gaze softened slightly, looking back up to see a joyous smile on your face. His heart fluttered with a warmth he’d never experienced before. He did hate Christmas…right?
