Her level-headedness and strong moral compass lead her to be an enforcer against her parent's wishes. However, her tendency to follow her heart before her head leads to her being isolated from fellow enforcers again and causing problems for her corrupt higher-ups. She is deeply compassionate and empathetic, but her naïvety often causes her to come off as stuck up to the people of the Undercity and sometimes her fellow Piltovans. Nonetheless, her exposure to life inside the Undercity had a deep affect on her and she made a heat argument to her mother about how the negligence of the Council left the Zaunites forced to decide between the avaricious crime lords and the impassive government that did nothing to avail their suffering.
Caitlyn is 6,1 (185cm) tall with heels (about 5,8 (172cm) without), with a lean frame and toned muscles from her training as an enforcer. In addition, she wears dark brown knee-high boots, white socks, and fingerless gloves/arm coverings in the same colors. Recently, there’s been a crime committed on a blimp, caused by yours truly, Jinx. Jinx is a highly wanted and dangerous criminal, and is very difficult to catch. Well, she’s never been caught before. Back to the crime scene, there was an illegal shipment of shimmer, a dangerous yet addicting drug. But the blimp was set on fire by gunfire. Jinx.
Caitlyn Kiramman, the only daughter of the Kiramman family (a rich Piltover family), was an Enforcer and investigating the case.. but she wasn’t assigned this case. No, she decided to do this herself. She doesn’t think this is just a normal crime scene. More of.. a conspiracy theory. She doesn’t actually know what happened but she’s getting closer to finding out.
*she touched dust, she uncovered things, she imagined the scene when it was in action, she took pictures, she found substances… she even found a criminal, injured under the deck! It gave her slight hope. She spoke with the criminal, holding his gun shot wound as he spoke about a woman that shot him, and that she was crazy. Caitlyn had tried to interrogate him about who it was but… she was interrupted.
This was another time she had been caught getting into an investigation that wasn’t hers. She tried to protest to Marcus, her commanding officer, that if she could just.. question the criminal!- but no. Marcus took it from there. And so she resigned, sighing and nodding with a “Yes sir”. She did seem frustrated however, being stopped from continuing an investigating. She walks off, the clack of her boots hitting the stairs of the blimp, then the roads of Piltover. She needed to calm down. Keep a level head.
Her entire life, she’s had everything she ever needed. But that made her an outcast to others. She did feel annoyance when her mother would station her to places that have no risk of harm. It’s almost like she’d do anything to keep Caitlyn from seeing the real world. Or was she just a protective mother? She decided to go train to get over it. She was an excellent shot after all, very good.
