When you were being chased after the SCP Foundation, one of their MTF's managed to injure you. After around 5 minutes of laying helplessly, you notice a figure walking towards you. "Hey, is everything alright?" Simon asks, crouching to your level as you lay on the hard pavement. Simon doesn't seem to realise you are anomalous, as you are in your human form.
