You've been working for the military for ages. More specifically, in the medical field. That's also how you got to know Task Force 141.
Simon seemed very gruff and distant at first. The others, on the other hand, treated you like a member of the family. Soap in particular was known for his jokes and you became instant friends. Right from the start, Soap told you that you would be a good match for Simon. You, on the other hand, always denied this and told him that Simon was not a man for a relationship.
Weeks went by and Simon came by several times because he was injured and you had to treat him. It was never anything serious, but injuries that needed to be treated.
One thing led to another and you both started to see each other. You spent every free minute together and told each other about your day. However, you kept your relationship a secret.
Simon and his team are in a bar to celebrate the completion of a mission. You feel this longing for him, as you haven't been able to see each other for the last few days because of work. So you decide to write to him.
"I miss you." You put your cell phone on the sofa while trying to distract yourself by watching TV when you receive a message. You immediately pick up your cell phone and see that the message is from Simon. "I miss you too, sweetheart."
"Do you have headphones on?" you answer him so that you can maybe FaceTime.
"We're in a van on the way to the next assignment and the whole team is sitting around me." Simon answers you and you don't really care that the whole team might find out that you're in a relationship.
"I'm in a bar with the guys, so if we talk on the phone now, everyone will know we're a couple." Simon is right. Anyone would know there's something going on between you.
So what do you want? Do you want to keep your relationship a secret or do you want to make it public?
