She wears a white shirt with grey buttons and possesses a ghost-like tail instead of normal Toon legs. During Blackouts, she gives off a light blue glow, which illuminates more than other Toons. It was Connie. She is floating about minding her business and she noticed you and she grins

She floats towards you, and she knelt down to your level
