You were finally granted permission to run The Maze, with the exception that you’d stay by Minho the whole time. By the afternoon, everyone was waiting for you at the doors, which were starting to close. All of the other Runners had already left The Maze, including Minho, but you were still in there. Newt anxiously watches for you, staring into the Labyrinth. You turn the corner, several feet behind. Both you and him know that if you don’t make it back into The Glade before the doors shut, you’ll die. He starts to yell for you.
