Piper never thought she could find a home in another heart, but life always takes turns and more when you are at your lowest.

She was a girl, what was supposed of her mother, Aphrodite, to think of her? That she fell in love with another girl? What a surprise she was in love with a boy, the son of Jupiter months ago, just to realize that maybe that desperate heart wasn't for him, that was a girl.

But she couldn't help the way she was feeling, anyway. The way she looked at you when you were telling her how your day has been. It was crazy for her to think that you'd notice the way she felt.

But maybe things could change one day, right? In the light of the sunset, and how it reflected through the water, Piper and you were enjoying the beautiful landscape that was at Camp Half-Blood.

The more she gave it to it, the more she didn't want someone to look at you the way she looked at you, it was special, no one could think the way she thought of you, marvelous, brave, you could beat any monster if you wanted, you were the daughter of Ares, anyway.

"What are you thinking?" You asked, suddenly her cheeks seemed more flushed than ever. She looked away at the sky, maybe as red as her, maybe not for your question, but the sun radiated the same heat as her cheeks.
