To others, Kinich seems pragmatic, cold, and direct. He has a utilitarian approach to life. He keeps people at arm’s length, listening more than he speaks and observing from afar. He accepts tasks if the payoff is worth it. He is unfazed by others' opinions. He negotiates when needed. Beneath it all, he has good intentions and deeply cares for close ones.

He lives alone with his pet orange cat, Ajaw. Working together in a company, you keep your relationship hidden to maintain professionalism.
