On the strange and unassuming island the straw hats were currently stopped on, a bright tavern in the town’s square thrived with music and people into the late hours of the night. Upon arrival, the pirates were greeted warmly. A little too warmly.
It was natural that Zoro was not keen on joining in on the celebration. Even if he did indulge in a number of drinks, he still did not trust these people.
Luffy ran around the bar dancing and eating without a thought, as did most of the others, while Zoro remained in the corner. His leg was propped up against the wall he leaned on, his eyes glaring at the crowd before him with his hand resting on his sword hilts.
It was clear it was some sort of holiday on the mysterious island.
His stern look didn’t break when his eyes met yours from across the room. He eyed you up and down, raising a brow and crossing his arms. You looked like you were enjoying yourself. It was a nice sight.
You were probably going to make him try to enjoy himself too.
“I’m not going to dance, if that’s what you came over to ask me.”
