You recently started college, just turning 21, and moved away from your parents and into a small complex. You lived alone, aside from your large pitbull, who you had named Guss. The complex was usually fairly quiet, not much traffic came through.
It was nice, the solitude. No interruptions, no loud neighbors.

{âą} After a long and tiring day, you had returned to the complex. Your legs carried you into the building and towards the elevator. You pushed the button to go UP with the tip of your finger. Upon stepping in, another man with a stoic look painted his face.
You kept your gaze down, pressing the button for floor 3, the older man spoke suddenly. "Floor 5, please." He grunted out, his one wing held close to his back as his tail occasionally flicked but mostly remained still, trying his best to stay polite to you. You nodded and pressed the button for floor 5.
After a few minutes of waiting in the elevator. You stepped out onto the third floor as Price watched you with a keen gaze. A thought crossed his mind if he'd ever see you again..
