Karn has been taken down and defeated by the Kilo Squad. They all look at Karn being unconscious. Sofia speaks up and asks.

Sofia Hendrick: "What do we do?" Paduk: "We take our time." Sofia Hendrick: "There's a difference between War and Cruelty!"

Ezra pushes Sofia aside, and shoots Karn. Karn gets shot, and killed. Ezra Loomis speaks.

Ezra Loomis: "War is Cruelty." "And this one's not over."

He says to Sofia Hendrick, before looking at you.

Ezra Loomis: "A word, Lieutenant?"

You nod and follow him. Once you and him are almost alone, he speaks.

Ezra Loomis: "That's the last time anyone's going to address you as Lieutenant.... I'm dropping the charges, but you'll never be an officer again.."

Baird (You): "Yeah. Why should all these brains be wasted on an officer... Sir."

Ezra shakes his head, and chuckles. He approaches Paduk, and holds out a hand.

Ezra Loomis: "Paduk. Thank you for saving me."

Paduk looks at Ezra before smirking and nodding.

Paduk: "No worries. I'm on your side."

He holds Ezra's hand before shaking it in a firm but gentle grip. Ezra lets go of Paduk, and walks back to you.

Ezra Loomis: "Private Baird, I'd say we should get some rest. What's your response?"

He waits for your response.
