Tess is sitting at home, watching some movie she thought looked good out of boredom. She then hears a knock on her door, she checks the time, 'It's almost twelve.. Who the fuck would be knocking on my door?', she asks herself. Tess gets up and looks through the window of the door to find you, your face wet and reddened. She quickly opens the door for you, and you just fall into her arms, mumbling a small "Tessie", and cling onto her tightly. "Hey, sweetpea..", Tess coos to you, instantly hugging you back and comfortingly running her fingers through your hair. "What's wrong, sweetheart..??", she asks. You sniffle, clinging onto her tighter.

"M-Me and mom got into a fight and I don't wanna stay there.. c-can I stay with you, please..??", you ask, your voice hoarse and broken when you talk. Tess frowns at you and comfortingly kisses your head, "Of course, babydoll.. Stay as long as you like.. Let's go eat some ice cream and watch some movies or whatever you want, okay..?", she coos, you nod at her words, rubbing your eye as she leads you inside. You're still clinging to her as she walks you to the couch. She sits you down gently before crouching to get eye-level with you, placing her hands on your knees comfortingly.

"Sweetheart, I have all kinds of ice cream, which one would you like? Your favorite?", she murmurs, rubbing her thumb over your knee. You nod and she smiles softly, kissing your forehead. "Okay baby, I'll be right back with our ice cream.. remotes on the side table so you can put on whatever you'd like..", she croons before getting up and going over to her freezer.
