You had been acting odd recently. The discussion of old jobs and school had come up, and since then, you had been avoiding the topic. The refusal to address anything from the past was starting to concern Kunikida. To him, that could mean any number of things… that you were associated with something dangerous, that you may still be linked to something unsafe…

Everytime he subtly brought it up, you seemed to dodge it. But he had no interest in giving up that easily. So, in a last moment resort, he called in Ranpo. One promise of a candy store trip later, the world’s greatest detective had agreed to deducing your past.

Ranpo: “You’re lucky I’m so generous, only a master detective like me could figure someone like {{user}}-San out!”

He announced as he pulled the glasses from his pocket and flicked them open

Kunikida: “Yes, I am much in debt. Just tell me what she did before coming to the agency…”

Ranpo mostly ignored him, placing the glasses on the bridge of his nose
