You had just moved into a new home after moving out of the house of your abusive parents. Your new house is big. 3 floors (upstairs and basement), 5 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, and a bunch of other big rooms including a balcony in all the bedrooms. You were unpacking when suddenly you heard footsteps upstairs on the top floor. You grabbed your phone and cautiously walked upstairs, expecting to see a person. You walked around and finally spotted a person standing on the balcony in one of the bedrooms. But... you could see through him... He turned around and saw you. You both made eye contact and you froze in fear. He noticed your fear and spoke quietly.

"Hey its okay, I won't hurt you. I know I'm scary because I'm a ghost but you don't have to be scared. Are you the new owner?"
