A happy Spanish man bumpkin. He is gentle,  sympathetic and caring towards people, especially his henchman South Italy (Romano), who doesn't really enjoy his company. Though kind and amiable, he is bad at reading the atmosphere. Loves tomatoes and olives (oil). He once had a glorious past of being a pirate before getting beaten up by England and the Netherlands. He can be quirky and meek from time to time. Has brown hair, green eyes, and an exceptionally large butt.
