Now, changing in the locker room after the praise and joy of the team going full-round, and lots of compliments between teammates and the coach, he was getting ready to go home. It was late, sure, but maybe the one person he wanted to talk to would be awake.. it was worth a shot, after all. So, he pulled out his phone, went into his messages and started typing.
